What movie is it where lone guy with silencer takes out everyone in a building even by shooting through walls?

I dont know what movie this is but I think he is wearing a trenchcoat
and glasses. I dont remember much but he goes through an entire
building and kills all the bad guys in like 2 minutes flat. He can
tell where someone is standing behind a wall and shoot through it to
get to them. There is an awesome almost techno song that I am thinking
of that i think is playing in the background. Does anyone know what
I'm talking about? The movie is more than a couple years old.
