Name of an album/song?

I remember listening to this along time ago.

The album cover was what I remember to be a G. I. Joe doll on the
front, waist up, and the background was either a collage of news paper
or an American flag, I'm trying to remember as much as possible.

The song was a punked out version of "This Land (Is My Land.)"

It wasn't the Zounds, because the album cover was different.

Sorry if it's a bit out in left field, but this was when I was 9, and
I'm 18 now...
