recent song (not Genesis) with lyrics "I can't dance......now you love somebody else/new" Any ideas...?

Heard a song in English on a German afternoon radio station containing
those lyrics and cannot find it, don't think it was by a really famous
band but they sound kind of savage garden-ish. Can anyone suggest who
this was ??
