This one movie with a Hunter tracking this creature that has been killing people in North America I think.?

I don't remember a lot of the details just that it's like a lion/tiger
thing and has like a mask, and this native american guy helps him
catch it, and theres also this one scene in the movie where I remember
it's in a dog fighting arena and kills two roetweilers.
